Excellent venue, with a varied menu for all tastes . Good selection of beers. The only disappointment was the boring French fries. Proper chips should be served.

We absolutely love the Dun Cow & return every year for a meal. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive & friendly & made me feel at ease with our little (sometimes yappy) puppy. There is lots of choice on the menu & specials board & the food is excellent

We love The Dun Cow we eat here all the time. They served the freshest Oysters and always have some amazing specials alongside their regular dishes. Very good value for money, all the staff are so lovely and add to our experience. Make sure that you save some room for dessert as they are always amazing!!!!

First time having dinner here and we found out it's wirh new owners. Food was very good except the dish I ordered which was rolled lamb with lamb mince wasn't what I expected. Roll of lamb was fatty and almost not edible. I just don't think it works with lamb. Not put off though and will return.

One of my favourite pubs in Norfolk. Beautiful location overlooking North Norfolk salt marshes. Level above food, attentive service and good beers & wine.

I ordered the Sea bream meal which came with what seemed to be tinned tomatoes and tinned broad beans. That was it. The Bream was nice, the service was very good. But the next day my tummy was upset! There were 5 dogs in the restaurant at the time, with different people and 2 of them kept barking at each other. Meal was overpriced, and allowing dogs into a restaurant seems ridiculous. Glass of wine was £9.00 which also seems far overpriced. Won’t be going again.

We booked weeks in advance after a friend recommended the Dun Cow. My husband, daughters and I were sat out to the back of the restaurant on our own which felt very unwelcoming and separate from everyone else. We did ask to be moved which was declined yet people who came after us were. The young guy that served us was polite and seemed to know the menu. The food was below average. I had the special which was fish. It was so overcooked it was mushy. We fed that back but nothing was done. The kids pasta was also well overcooked it was almost like mash and my daughter was not into it at all. We were kept waiting at the bar on arrival and to pay at the end while other patrons were served. Overall a waste of money and far from a positive or welcoming dining experience.

Excellent experience. Staff were lovely, attentive and professional but not overbearing. Lovely menu and food was delicious.

Had lunch in the garden, the tables were sensibly spaced apart, rather than crammed together. The service was very efficient and our servers were polite and helpful. The food was of good quality and well presented. Parking can be an issue.
