We we made to feel so very welcome such a lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff the food is great and a really cosy bar with amazing views over the marsh. Definitely recommend and we will definitely return

I've previosuly enjoyed meals here and was looking forward to a return visit. Greeting was good. Unfortunately service was a bite erratic. The main course was served before the starter I had ordered. Drinks were bought to our table that I hadn't ordered. Food was OK, but not special. The batter on the fish was a bit thick and chewy in places. The risotto was disappointing: I expected the fish to be incorporated in the risotto, rather than fried chunks garnishing the top; no real chorizo flavour, although I could taset the saffron, and the 'topped with parmesan' promise may have been literally true but in such tiny quantity as to be hardly worth bothering. The overall flavour I found not to be appetising but I understand that taste is a personal response. Having reported this I will still probably return; previous meals were good enough to give it another go.

Lovely evening as always in the Dun Cow, Food service was very quick and everything was very tasty, we will be back always our after work port of call through the winter months as its not so crazy with visitors. Look forward to seeing you all soon

Food was very good, as was service. BUT we were taken through the lovely pub and sat in a soulless extension. More like a cafe. When booking ask to be in the main pub area.

Such a delicious meal, had the basque cheesecake for dessert which was out of this world. The pub is in a beautiful location & the building is full of rustic charm, the service was friendly & I’d go back tonight if I could get a table!!
