Love The Duke! The Sunday lunch is outstanding and Brandon is a superb front of house. We’re lucky to have such a brilliant restaurant in our village.

Very nice evening, all steaks cooked as requested, varied sides and sauces to choose from included in the steak night price. Unusual and different desserts, tried the Mochi coconut and Mango, unfortunately first choice strawberry and cream Mochi had run out . The Duke is well decorated and tables are not over crowded. The real fire was lit and made a nice ambience. All staff were very attentive and pleasant. All in all a very nice evening. Will definitely be returning.

We had our anniversary meal in the Duke because we have had good dining experiences there, so have our friends, the staff in the venue is really friendly, efficient and professional. It was a really cold night, there was an extra heater and some nice shawls available if needed. Our food was served at a nice pace and it was all excellent. We recommend this Venue and would suggest booking in advance as its popular.

We went for a Sunday roast with our 3 year old. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. There was a good choice of dishes and the portion sizes were perfect. We were already planning our next visit before we had even ordered dessert! Highly recommend.

A very reasonably priced set lunch. The choices had a Japanese influence and were all well prepared and tasty. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

Great menu choices and good to see that ingredients were locally sourced. Lovely service in comfortable surroundings. All meals were cooked to perfection and we'll definitely eat at the Duke again
