The selection on the menu was perfect. I had the chicken tacos and soup of the day. The portions were perfect. I have a small appetite. My guest had the Ban Mien sandwich. It was huge! He had it with the truffle fries. The fries were so good. They weren't the skinny kind. The fires were crispy, and you could taste the truffle without it being overpowering. Not too many places in Downtown Honolulu for sit down, served. This place I recommend.

I have to assume the kitchen was preparing food for the entire hotel, although I thought they had more than one restaurant in the place, because neither the restaurant or lounge was full and it took 50 minutes to get our order. We had planned a leisurely dinner then take our time getting to the Hawaii Theater since one of us had some mobility issues, but that didn't happen. We had to eat fast and rush to get to our seats on time. Fortunately the food was good, and the lady serving us was doing her best, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to make us want to come back.

The servers and bartender were incredible! The hotel has been done right. The local artists are great. The space was clean and cozy. A great place to grab a drink and a good meal!

First time for lunch. Excited to try the lobster roll but was disappointed. Too salty on the top as they sprinkled salt crystals. Kale and quinoa salad disappointing too. Sparse on the quinoa and vinaigrette was too sour. Friend who had the lemongrass chicken banh mi was happy and other friend who had the steak was happy with meal. Service was great initially when restaurant was less crowded but then a large party sat next to us. After that service poor as no one checked in on us for a stretch. Also the large group next to us was noisy so it spoiled the ambiance. Not sure if I’d go again. If so, I’d try the burger.

The service was excellent! My friend and I were confused by where to sit for our reservation, but we were told we could just hang out at the lounge rather than the tables (which she preferred). We got there in time for HH and the dishes were still a little spendy even at HH, but the drink deals were good. I really appreciated the pour size and the flavor of the cocktails we had. The thing that stood out the most was the service. The server and bartender were very attentive and I appreciate that. It's a nice place to hang out before a show at Hawaii Theatre (Which is what we did), even if it is a Hotel lounge. We even came back post show to go to the Speakeasy downstairs.
