We were told we have table for 1.5 hrs. It took 10m to be spoken to after being seated. After 45m we still had not received water nor was waited to order entree nor receive ketchup to go with our appetizer. Once we addressed waiter he just kept saying it wasn’t his fault. We asked for our check to leave because it was not up to par. 5m no check. We had to find waiter to ask again to check out then he told us we check out at the front. We told the cashier at the front about our experience and she tried to get the waiter attention and he even ignored her. Maybe not a bad place, but the waiter made it seem like a horrible place.

Posizione di assoluto riguardo. Esperienza purtroppo guastata da un cibo di basso livello pagato una cifra inappropriata. Peccato PS L’hummus in realtà è un passato di ceci

C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta, ci sono stato 2 volte assaggiando bevande e cibi differenti e nulla da obiettare. La pow cake o , come si chiama con esattezza, era veramente squisita e va assolutamente assaggiata! Servizio e camerieri bravi, preparatevi al conto perchè è una salassata! 6,00 euro un bottiglietta di acqua, 22,00 euro a cocktail e se ci aggiungi per esempio focaccia curcuma e culatello davvero buona altri 20,00 euro! Credo che la vista Duomo si ampiamente ripagata! Meditate gente, meditate.

Pensavo molto meglio, ho notato delle cose usurate e lasciate andare che mi hanno dato l’impressione di poca cura. La vista sul Duomo è bella ma solo se ti alzi in piedi perché c’è la struttura in muratura e delle “tende di plastica per riparare dal freddo (tremende!). Aperitivo un molto scarso: i loro grissini (buoni, freschi) olive e mandorle. Il cameriere è stato è premuroso ma in generale il servizio è allineato al posto: non molto di classe. Non ci tornerei di sicuro.

Please avoid this place! Our recent experience was highly disappointing. We visit Milan several times a year and were eager to find a new favorite spot, but this restaurant fell short. We were first told our table wasn’t ready and asked to wait at the bar on the second floor. The bartender struggled to make cocktails and mistakenly used an 18-year-old scotch in a mixed drink. When we finally moved upstairs, the restaurant was empty. Despite this, we were informed we had a 90-minute time limit. It took 20 minutes after being seated to receive place settings and any acknowledgment from the staff. We ordered four items but never received one and were served another incorrectly. Additionally, the plastic walls around the perimeter made us feel as if we were indoors rather than on a terrace, diminishing the experience. Overall, the restaurant has the potential for a great experience with a fantastic view, but it's poorly managed and overpriced. We felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Save your time and money—this place is not worth it.
