The Dickens is a “one-stop shop” as Hell’s Kitchen’s biggest Broadway Cocktail Bar. A literary-themed multiplex now open for dinner, drinks and dancing. Operated and owned by Vida Verde and PMac’s Hospitality alum Bryan Hannon, The Dickens, on 8th Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets, boasts six different spaces to grab a cocktail, including a first floor cocktail bar and restaurant; low-key hangout The Genie’s Lounge; moody, stylish party venue at the whiskey-themed Studio Bar; The 3D Bar & Lounge; and a top-notch rooftop.

    Join Jacklynn Hyde every Saturday & Sunday in The Dickens for Bottomless Drag Bingo Brunch at 1pm & 3pm. This 90-min show brings comedy, musical numbers, prizes, mouthwatering food & bottomless drinks all together for an experience you won't forget! With the purchase of a Brunch Entree, you can add bottomless mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, frozen drinks & highnoons for 90 minutes for only $25. Please note if you are booking for our Saturday or Sunday 1pm or 3pm Bingo Brunch, seatings and show time are strictly for 90 minutes after which you must move to the bar area. We recommend arriving 15 min early. You will not be seated without your whole party. If you are taking part in the Bottomless Option the entire table must participate.

    Drag brunch is the best! Amazing food , incredible service and Jacklyn is a hoot! The blonde waitress was phenomenal! Highly recommend worth your money!

    Had the Nachos and The Dickens Bic Mac; both were excellent. The restaurant had a great vibe. We were seated at a high top table in the middle of the room with stools that were very uncomfortable and too low for the table. The combination was so distracting and uncomfortable that we chose to not stay for dessert cocktails. The tables around the perimeter of the room had nicer stools that were more appropriate for a comfortable meal. The meal and value were great so I would certainly go back if the table and chairs were more comfortable.

    Convenient location to theatre district with great Happy Hour selections. Enjoyed the Margarita Flatbread and Zucchini Rolls with a couple draft beers followed with Lemon Cheesecake. Only disappointment was unable to order a Cappuccino. Since restaurant uses expresso in their cocktails can’t understand why can’t add warm milk and offer hot coffee drink with dessert at end of meal.

    My partner and I had heard amazing things about the drag bingo brunch. We went on Sunday at 1pm and it was a good experience. The waiters were very attentive. The presenter (forgot their name) was very funny and entertaining. The food was okay. I had the brunch burger with truffle fries which were really good and my partner didn’t like her spinach omelette as it didn’t have much flavor. The drinks were really good as well.

    Had a great time at drag bingo. The food was good and we had so much fun we are coming back next weekend with friends.

    It's my second time here and it's awesome! The food is delicious, the drinks on point, the service was outstanding and everyone was so nice and attentive. As part of the LGBTQ+ this place felt like home! Recommend it 100%.
