Azabu Miami Beach, houses various experiences under one roof; tied together with the spirit of Omatenashi, the essence of Japanese hospitality. Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences.
The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest. The Den has set seating times, open Tuesday-Saturday. All guest must consume raw fish. Bookings must be prepaid. Strict 24 hour cancellation with no acception. Please see cancellation policy.

The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi, 18 seat counter seating, omakase sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic Edomae sushi experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. Signature omakase menus is $300 (plus tax and gratuity) per guest 22-23 courses omakase (including 12 piece sushi). No a la carte options. The Den has set seating times (open Tuesday-Saturday). All guest must consume raw fish. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. All reservation must be prepaid with 24-hour cancellation policy.

Highly recommend the Den. Top-level dining is difficult to find in South Florida - especially for Japanese food - and this was definitely one of the best Omakase experiences I have ever had. It’s indeed pricey but you get what you pay for.

Everything from the reception to the final meal was spectacular. The Chef and his team were amazing. What a great night - highly recommend to anyone that wants a true Omakase experience. Absolutely nothing let us down. 5-star experience!

Celebrated at The Den for my boyfriends birthday and had an excellent experience. Everything from the personalized menus to the birthday candle made the experience very special.
