Launched in 2016 by owner Walter Meyenberg and the leading team Gina Barbachano and Ismael Martinez, the bar quickly became one of the most acclaimed in the world. Its name pays homage to “The Hanky Panky”, iconic cocktail crafted by Ada Coleman, head bartender of London’s Hotel Savoy.
