    At the Dashwood we would like to give back to the amazing NHS staff that work tirelessly for our local community. We know many of the NHS staff will be working hard throughout the Easter weekend, we would like to offer them the chance to enjoy Easter with their friends and family. We are offering our new evening menu but with bottomless prosecco on the house! The ticket price will be donated directly to the Thames Valley Air Ambulance!

    We didn’t eat there as it was closed when we got there, for refurbishment. I don’t know why my booking was accepted, luckily the owners suggested another restaurant just down the round which was very nice.

    Fab hotel with delicious food cooked by the lovely Proprietor Flora. Sampled all the starters and half the pizzas - the team were very accommodating with our large group and all our requests. The food was delicious -fresh, homemade and beautifully presented. Superb cocktails and great wine list. Fabulous friendly service. Excellent breakfast menu and great coffee. Main restaurant was closed temporarily to public so a quiet evening in the restaurant for the hotel guests only which was perfect for us! Thank you team, would highly recommend!

    Wonderful, friendly up market bistro style pub serving excellent food at appropriate prices. The only reason for the missing fifth star overall, is the fact that there was no beer available on the night! Otherwise, great service and a bonus birthday candle and treat at the end of the meal. We’ll be back - though probably after checking that the beer is back on tap!

    A very pleasant Cafe environment in a pretty Oxfordshire village. Food was good and in generous portions. Staff are always friendly but on this occasion they were very busy, the owner said it was the busiest lunchtime since they opened. Because of this delivery from the kitchen was slow, but when it did arrive it was delicious. Food is fairly straight forward brunch type dishes made from fresh ingredients. Our third visit and the cafe continues to evolve and improve. The young owners have created a distinctive offering in the Oxfordshire countryside.
