A family owned boutique bar located in Wentworth Point as part of the Marina Square complex. A large list of great tasting signature and classic cocktails. The Dancing Bear is also managed by Kristine Tarabine who is a part of the Top 100 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition.

Just a few popular cocktails include the "Smoked Old Fashioned", "Curious George", "Year of the Goji" and our best seller the "Yuzu Sour". All with their own quirks and experience.

Mini kafta skewers, dips, mouth watering cheese and cold meat boards the best Bar nuts in Sydney.

As we are so close to Olympic park there is many easy access options. Bus routes, train lines and the ferry at our doorstep.

We focus on great customer service and don't take ourselves to seriously. Every Saturday you can find live music going. The vibe is chill and welcoming to anyone who needs a bevvy. Couples, friends, family, visitors and locals - its a joy to have anyone come into our bar.

From Rhodes station you can catch the 526 bus to Wentworth Point or Hop onto the FREE green shuttle which runs from the station. Olympic Park Ferry wharf is walking distance. Walk through Peirpoint centre towards Waterways st. Turn left towards Wentworth Place and walk up the hill. We will be located on the right. From Olympic Park, any bus heading to Wentworth Point stops at Marina Square where the bar is located. Driving in? Marina Square provides parking until 11pm, accessible via Wentworth Place.

Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or a novice, our Social Hour offers an interactive experience filled with laughter, great drinks, and happy memories. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a Welcome drink and mingle with fellow enthusiasts. Once settled, our expert bartender will introduce the evening's cocktail, sharing its history, ingredients, and fun facts. The bartender will then demonstrate the steps to create the cocktail. From measuring to shaking, you’ll see how it’s done. Now it’s your turn! The bartender will guide each participant through the process, with everyone cheering you on. Always amazing, great service, great people and the atmosphere is so great. The staff and owners mingle with the customers and make their experience so special. Highly recommend this for a great time out and good conversation.

Great place to catch up with friends for a drink and food. Great experience and service. The location is convenient and being a local business it was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend
