Housed in the restored 19th century Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft Leeds is a beautiful restaurant with historic features and a show-stopping central cocktail bar.

Open every day serving lunch and dinner, with brunch and roasts on the weekend, you can expect elegant interiors in a building rich with character and a lively, vibrant atmosphere.

Named 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Yorkshire National Business Hero Awards in 2023 and 2024, The Cut & Craft combines contemporary steak and seafood dishes with a premium list of locally-crafted drinks.

We have an extensive food menu all made freshly on site including our signature flat iron steak, prepared by our very own in-house butcher.

We also regularly host brunches and special events with brands like Whispering Angel, Moët & Chandon, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and more.

    Fabulous steak restaurant- great cocktails, great steak, great staff - what else is there to say? If you like steak and are in Leeds- I don’t think you can find better for the price. The restaurant itself is stunning too…..oh, and the seafood is great too! Will definitely be coming back. If only for the Leeds cocktail!

    Amazing as always. The staff are wonderful so polite and helpful the food is amazing and the ambiance is beautiful.

    Lovely building, very central to leeds, greeted really professionally, drinks were forgotten, 1 member of staff stood at the food pass sneezing on everyones food, £10 for a bottle of still water. Typical steak house that charges for everything extra ie sauce, chips, veg etc and then they suggested we wouldnt have enough and tried to pursued us to order more. Fillets teak ordered as med to well it came well done, sirloin steak ordered medium but came a rare. Rectified by not charging us. Will go again however i will raise the issues

    It is a really good place to celebrate, the ambience was really nice and the live music was amazing. We will come back.

    Our second visit, we had the Sunday sharing platter, which I can assure you is exceptional in every way! You must go!!! We asked in advance for a certain type of table, which we got…. However, the was temporary cleaning station right next to our table which was busy, but looking at someone’s left overs been scraped into a pot and dirty plate ls left reminded me of school dinner stations. The waiter was pleasant, but he forgot our still water…. Good job there was not a fire! All in all a great place, but don’t ask to sit near the clearing station.

    Saturday night table for six upstairs, we received a very friendly welcome and liked the position of our table. The food was excellent and the South African Malbec very enjoyable. Special mention to our waiter whose shift finished at 11pm , he was superb. Attentive but not overly, friendly with a great sense of humour. Superb.

    Staff were lovely. Steak was requested medium but was well done and a bit chewy. Not really good value for money. We requested the bill and had a voucher to use, they took the voucher away to check it before they could take the remaining payment and we were left waiting at the table for at least 20 mins so eventually had to take the money to the front desk. Not as good as an experience as enjoyed previously. Not sure would return really 🥹

    We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and Cut & Craft was recommended to us. First time visitors and wow, everyone was so polite, great customer service from reception to our waiter. You must must try the Oysters! If you have never tried them before, do it here you will not regret it. We both had fillet steak and it melted in your mouth.
