The Culinary Academy is Noosa's leading Commercial Cookery and Hospitality training institution. Visit Culinary Noosa, the open-to-the-public training restaurant for a quality meal at a great price!

Our weekly menu is designed to match the student's learning outcomes and to evaluate specific skills.
We often offer at least 2 options to choose from.

Currently, we do not have a vegetarian option on the menu, but we will introduce one as soon as the training curriculum allows it.

*Due to the busyness and rush at payment time, there is now a "Sorry, no split bills" policy.
We are sorry to inform our valuable customers that we can't split bills. We thank you for your understanding.

What the restaurant offers to students and locals is a win win. Wonderful food. Reciprocity in care and attention and overall very affordable!

The seafood tapas was delicious and well presented. The service was friendly and prompt. I enjoyed being greeted with a Prosecco on arrival. It was a pleasure to provide feedback to enthusiastic students. Well worth the experience and good value. Sally

We enjoyed our seafood tapas meal. We were warmly greeted at the door. Served Proseco and Ginger Beer. The meal was delicious and perfectly presented. It was a bit noisy, being on the main road, but can easily overlook this minor detail.

The flavours were 5 star, the only improvement would be to offer medium cooked beef as neither my friend nor I enjoy rare meat, the presentation and flavours were excellent. The poached pear was absolutely amazing and one of the best desserts I can remember having in years, and the only change I would suggest is the addition of a small scoop of ice cream or cream. The students were all lovely and I'm sure will be a credit to you with their future employers.

Yet again another great meal. Entree of salmon and prawn patties followed by fillet of sole (beautifully presented). A steamed pear pudding to finish off. Great service.

Great food. Entree of warm potato salad with chorizo was terrific. The Barramundi was cooked to perfection. The wines - Chardonnay and Malbec - were perfect. All up a great experience.

Each of the 3 courses were so beautifully presented and the taste was fantastic. It was a vegan menu and we could not fault the flavours and definitely did not miss the meat, our waiter was efficient and attentive. I cannot wait for our next visit..(which will be our 4th)
