Overall experience was nice the room we sat in had little ambiance but the staff on duty did his best due to the fact the hotel had a games conference on and children running about in the bar area. Constantine was lovely he gave excellent service smiled all the time very polite tried his best to ensure we were happy. Such an asset to the hotel.

Sunday afternoon tea. We were the only guests. No atmosphere. No tablecloth. No attentive service. Enough food but bland and boring. I will not return to this hotel. It's outdated, expensive and the whole experience was really very disappointing. We even got charged for one soft drink because my teen doesn't drink tea or coffee..very mean.

The food was excellent. The service was slow because there was only one member of staff working in the dining room. The waitress managed to continue being pleasant and helpful even when working solo.

had the afternoon tea. The selection was fantastic. tasty and the staff were attentive and friendly would definitely recommend good value for money and lovely experience

Lovely meal, made even better by the attentive service. I think the young girl was called Giselle? She was an absolute joy. A credit to your establishment.

The food was delicious, service was very good. However, pictures on the website showed tablecloths on the tables, there were none. When I dine out in the evening I do like a table cloth, just finishes the table off. The foyer of the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees etc, the restaurant also had a Christmas tree, but we all thought there could have been something more in the way of decorations. There was no candle on the table either, apparently they had all been left on and the batteries had ran out.
