This stunning 14th century pub in the unspoilt village of Kinnerley offers beautifully prepared seasonal fare alongside delicious pub classics. Offering real ales from local breweries and a interesting winelist. If the sun is shining dine or enjoy a drink in the beer garden with its village green charm.

Warwick Kidd started his career as a part time pot washer at Ludlow's Michelin starred La Becasse under Head Chef Will Holland. His natural ability meant it wasn't long before he was starting to cook and his career soon blossomed. He moved away from Ludlow to gather experience which took him to France, where he cooked for 2 Michelin starred Jean-Luc Rabanel.

Zach Hermon's career started at the age of 15. He has worked at some of the country's most prestigious restaurants including Raymond Blanc's 2 Michelin starred 'Le Manoir aux quat saisons' and more recently 2 Michelin starred 'Moor Hall' in Lancashire - Winner of first place at The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards.

I have been intending to visit here for a while and finally booked in for Sunday lunch. The restaurant is immaculate and well presented. The welcome was warm and friendly. Service was excellent and staff were all great. Sunday lunch was superb and plenty of it. Why do I cook when I can enjoy such a good meal here!! Well prepared and an excellent selection of vegetables to accompany the roast pork. Great pint also. Thank you for a great afternoon and we will be back very soon.

Food was excellent, Abit different to normal pub food, beautifully presented, very tasty. The staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again when we are near there.

We were very impressed with our dining experience at the Cross Keys Kinnerley. The service from the moment we entered the restaurant was faultless. We were warmly welcomed and received very attentive service throughout. There was a bit of a wait for our food but we were updated regularly and given some delicious sourdough bread on the house when our food was further delayed. The food was delicious… I enjoyed the whole baked plaice and my husband the chicken. We would thoroughly recommend this country pub/ restaurant.

We are very lucky to have the Crosskeys as one of our local pubs/restaurants. The food and drink is always consistently very good and the staff are always friendly and professional. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch.

The service was fantastic, staff were interested in what they were doing, polite and approachable. The food was extremely delicious, well presented and flavours complimented each other, although one starter (tortellini) and pudding (baked peaches) were on the large side I thought. My only gripe really was it was a little loud in the dining area and our table was very close to another table but didn’t affect our fantastic evening.

A superb lunch at The Cross Keys. Lovely choice of menu and all sounded good. Presentation of the food was very good, plates were hot and it tasted delicious. The service was great too. Not much in the way of a light lunch/sandwich option on the menu if you would rather have a light bite.
