This stunning 14th century pub in the unspoilt village of Kinnerley offers beautifully prepared seasonal fare alongside delicious pub classics. Offering real ales from local breweries and a interesting winelist. If the sun is shining dine or enjoy a drink in the beer garden with its village green charm.

Warwick Kidd started his career as a part time pot washer at Ludlow's Michelin starred La Becasse under Head Chef Will Holland. His natural ability meant it wasn't long before he was starting to cook and his career soon blossomed. He moved away from Ludlow to gather experience which took him to France, where he cooked for 2 Michelin starred Jean-Luc Rabanel.

Zach Hermon's career started at the age of 15. He has worked at some of the country's most prestigious restaurants including Raymond Blanc's 2 Michelin starred 'Le Manoir aux quat saisons' and more recently 2 Michelin starred 'Moor Hall' in Lancashire - Winner of first place at The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards.

An excellent meal with good options for my Wife who is Gluten Free. I gave them a moderate for noise as the only other occupied table near us had a very noisy group of people who felt they had to apologise when they left. This was not the fault of the Restaurant and we still enjoyed our meal.

Lovely man serving. Sat in the beautiful garden and had delicious lunches and a fab non alcoholic cocktail and my husband had a great draft beer.

Having dined at the Cross Keys a number of times, we know we will have a good experience. In this case the young lady who looked after us had also attended us three days earlier and thoughtfully reserved a table that was suitable for our special occasion. The food was plentiful and of a good standard.

We cycled here on a lovely sunny day and sat in the beer garden. The Sunday roast was absolutely beautiful and the customer service was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend a visit here

We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks at the Cross Keys. It was a quiet lunchtime and the atmosphere was relaxed and ideal for our wheelchair guest. The choice of food was lovely.

A warm welcome with an excellent meal (and with the option of a traditional feeling pub bar for drinks beforehand too). Generous-sized portions and good food with some imaginative twists on standard menu ideas that worked well (eg: venison scotch egg with a mint pesto: very tasty)
