Located in the historic town of Kenilworth in the heart of Warwickshire, The Cross is an award-winning pub that combines Michelin-starred food with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

Under the guidance of chef-director Adam Bennett, we have held a Michelin star for over nine years and are proud to boast three AA Rosettes. We received a Good Food Award Gold Seal in 2021.

The Cross is housed in a Grade II listed 19th-century inn and has been sympathetically restored to retain its heritage alongside contemporary touches that make it a fabulous place to enjoy great food, a casual atmosphere and informal but attentive service.

Our main dining room is a former school room that leads to a cosy and welcoming bar - previously a butcher's shop.

Another dining room overlooks the pass, where guests can glimpse the team of chefs busily at work.

We have a green and spacious pub garden, perfect for aperitifs, cocktails and post-dinner drinks.

Perfect - every possible way, Ed and the team are always attentive, helpful and professional - I go here over other local high-end restaurants / Michelins because of the service (and obviously quality of food)

Excellent food- four of us had the a la carte lunch menu and no dish disappointed. Good wine list although a little pricey. Relaxed service.

Enjoyed a delightful lunchtime at the Cross savouring their delicious tasting menu. The tartare was a triumph, as was the halibut course, and the artichoke... and the chicken and mushroom broth... and the hazelnut souffle... Oh, it was all delicious. All of it. And the team were so friendly and knowledgeable. Well worthy of their Michelin status. Will come again!
