This was my first visit. The whole experience was outstanding. All the staff were very professional and accommodating. The food was delicious, the vegetarian options were not bland and boring. The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming.

The afternoon tea is simply amazing! Dainty sandwiches and savouries, enormous and very delicious scones with jam and cream and finally a selection of gorgeous sweet treats. The tea selection is also fabulous, whether you like English Breakfast or try something more exotic like Oolong or herbal teas. They also serve spectacularly lovely flowering teas. Everything from the staff, the lovely tableware and the beautiful glass teap is simply perfect. It is excellent value for money and a truly lovely experience.

Greeted by friendly staff, food very nice although the menu is a little small regarding vegetarian options. With many tables filled, the atmosphere was welcoming

Unfortunately slightly disappointed with the afternoon tea experience I had booked for myself and daughter. Welcomed on arrival but it went downhill after that. Rather sparse sandwich selection. Scones and cake selection ok. Good selection of teas offered but once delivered to table there was no offer of extra hot water or top up. In fact no one checked in on us at all until I requested the bill! For the price paid with an additional service charge on top (despite no customer service!) was overall poor value. Will it’s recommend or return.

Your staff made us feel very welcome and the small menu for my granddaughter was great We enjoyed ourselves highly recommend to our friends and family. I look forward to visiting you again in the future .

Over priced get way more for your money in London or at Pearces farm shop. Took 45 mins to bring out food for 6 people, despite pre booking, apparently the chef had gone to help else where but two tables who arrived after us, received their food fine. Not overly impressed expected a lot more.

A delicious 3-course meal & fabulous cocktails thoroughly enjoyed by the whole party (booking of 8)! The service was wonderful & attentive throughout & you made my husband’s birthday very special. Thank you so much…❤️ We will definitely return!
