Noise level needs to be reduced. We couldn’t hear the waiter and he couldn’t hear us. A tad too dark. I couldn’t read the menu nor see what I was eating. Excellent food and service. We’ll be back, just don’t sit us in the noisy dark corner 😃

Enjoyed my experience at The Courthouse. The atmosphere upstairs was very nice. The food was tasty, good value and there was enough variety. The only fault is they don’t do coffees there. Will be back to try the other delicious menu options.

Generally the food was nice, but my partner didn't particularly like his main dish. The main issue was with the service. They were tense and unfriendly. We were ordered to leave the main dining room very firmly at the end of our meal. We were told there were guests sleeping above, but it was 9pm on a Saturday night. I suspect we were ordered out so they could clean up.

Loved this retro style pub, we are coming back with all our friends. Highly recommend, what a gem !

Thanks for seating us where we imagined it would be suitable for a business meeting. Guests enjoyed the food and venue. Thanks for the good experience as always, we've been here many times and brought different business partners here, all great experiences!

The food was amazing but they were out of one of the things we ordered and then it took a long time for our next option to come. The staff were fantastic about it and we were happy to wait because they continued to communicate

Excellent in everything. Service, wine list, beer, food. One of the best pubs in Melbourne for good quality food without being overpriced. Highly recommended. Really found its groove since reopening
