The Cork 1794 debuted in 2014, setting a new standard for cuisine and comfort.
With seating for more than 200, we offer a setting to match your mood.

The chef’s table and cozy clock room provide an intimate experience, while the dining room’s banquettes and outdoor patio, complete with fireplaces and TVs, are the ultimate gathering spot.

Naan app was very good, beet salad was tasty (tiny pieces of beet with whole spinach leaves so a bit hard to get on a fork). Special sea bass— one piece bland and overcooked (like actually crunchy in places) the other gray and fishy, risotto was relatively tasteless. Steak frites was good but ordered medium and got very rare. Stopped at a friend’s table and she had the same experience with her steak. Fries were hot and tasty. Server was pleasant but inattentive ( or overworked). Drinks were good but quite a wait—finished app before cocktails arrived.

Brunch was delicious! boozy salted caramel iced coffee, bacon breakfast burrito with chipotle crema, potatoes.. yum!!!

We generally had a wonderful dinner at The Cork 1794. In particular, our service with Aaron was impeccable in terms of enjoyment and care--he is a wonderful server and human! We also loved our cocktails, wine, and appetizers. Entrees were mixed--for non-meat eaters there are limited options. Our desserts were also great!

Amazing service by the entire staff. We ate the Chef’s specials, and everything was absolutely incredible. The place never disappoints. Highly recommend the Cork.

I consider The Cork one of the best of the upper end restaurants in the are. The prices are high but the food is exceptional and the staff is first-rate. The interior is pleasing with the only negative being the noise level. So if your looking for a special night out you should add The Cork to your list.

The vegetarian eggplant dish could have had more flavor. It was described differently than it actually was, lacking some expected flavors.

The food was good and the wait staff was friendly. The only issues were how long it took for the food to arrive and it was so noisy I could not hear the person sitting across from me

Friendly staff and big food portions. There was live music, volume level was great as I was still able to carry on a conversation without yelling.

The appetizer was over salted. Fifty two dollar steak doesn’t come with a side which is odd. Server didn’t ask how to prepare the steak and it was unevenly cooked. I’ve had better steak at Texas Roadhouse for much less. Not worth the cost.
