The Cork 1794 debuted in 2014, setting a new standard for cuisine and comfort.
With seating for more than 200, we offer a setting to match your mood.

The chef’s table and cozy clock room provide an intimate experience, while the dining room’s banquettes and outdoor patio, complete with fireplaces and TVs, are the ultimate gathering spot.

The bar is the perfect place to unwind – with an unrivaled collection of beer, cocktails and liquors curated by our own beverage master or a glass of wine poured from the expansive selection displayed in the cruvinets.

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. Service was good. We did have one issue that left a bad taste…our bill was $271. My husband tipped 22%. Our credit card was charged well over $400. That math doesn’t work out. We stopped back into the restaurant to have it corrected and they insist that they didn’t bill us that amount, even though our credit card company says ummmm yes, they did. They refused to correct the issue, insisting we/our credit card company were wrong.

The service and drinks were wonderful, the food was lacking in flavor, not as described and bland/malseasoned. Calamari was chewy, eggplant not thin enough, etc.

They were having their Lobsterfest so we had Lobster Bisque, Lobster Cakes, Lobster Rositto, Lobster Thermudorand the Espresso Martini topped off the evening all with rave reviews from everyone…

We have not had dinner here in a long time. We came for Lobsterfest and were excited about the menu. The ambiance was great, drinks great and our appetizer was delicious. However, all of our parties entrees came out late and overcooked. To give an example we had sat down at our table and several tables well after us were seated/served/gone well before we even sniffed our entrees. Our entrees were not even lukewarm. Our server was wonderful and apologized profusely. I don’t have an issue with $52 entrees as long as they are at least warm and have a little flavor….. At that price point you absolutely need to be on your game. My entree was like eating a cold dinner that had been cooked hours ago. Lobster should be warm and tender, not tough and cold. I probably won’t try the Cork again as there are so many other choices. There is a time frame from about 6-8 pm that staff has to be on point and knock it out for those two hours. They didn’t even come close for our table. It is a shame as I really wanted to like the place and it is a local establishment. Maybe a bad night for them and especially our group. I wasted a gift card and went home and had a bowl of cereal for dinner after spending a total of $190.00.

We went for lobster fest and it was amazing! The surf and turf was an odd pairing but otherwise we loved everything we got. Our waitress was attentive and helpful.

Food was very good… unfortunately, we were rushed beyond belief. We had buratta as an app… it was on our table within 3 minutes of ordering. Soup and salad came next very quickly after. Then entrees came 5 minutes after salad. Very disappointing because the food was very good, they obviously wanted to flip our table. The server actually gave us dessert menus halfway through us enjoying our dinners. We’ve never had a server hand us dessert menus while we were eating dinner… it was incredible. We won’t be back. A bunch of tables around us seemed to have similar issues. They just throw food at you. Disappointing because we were really looking forward to it. 3 course meal in under 50 minutes and $220 later…
