    Had reservations- Prompt seating. Waited longer than normal for server after water brought but server very attentive & helpful once arrived. We understand how hard it is to get help & so we were patiently waiting to order. All food was of good quality & taste . Especially loved the house biscuits & butter & blueberry jam! Overall a nice evening for a drive to eat at the copper mug .

    We went on a Saturday evening. I ordered the petite filet cooked medium. We waited 1 hour for our food. My steak was overcooked. She said she could have the kitchen make me a ribeye steak. I was starving and couldn't wait any longer. She didn't offer me a complimentary anything. It was our anniversary so we were dissapointed. There was a Bridgestone ball going on next door and perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed. I felt she should have done more.

    We stayed at the Castle for our anniversary and decided to dine here on property. The pricing was comparable to something off-site so I commend them on not increasing costs due to being the only option around. We started with the goat cheese crostini and bread with tasty blueberry jam. The appetizer was very good. I had the ribeye and my wife the beef short ribs. All prepared perfectly and delicious. Service was great although slight delay in our appetizer which they took off the bill. It was great food, great staff and great company. Don't be afraid that it will be over-priced, it was a great value for being on property.

    Waiting for our meal was rather lengthy when the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Perhaps they were short handed.

    Very enjoyable lunch experience. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We also enjoyed the friendly waiter who served our food.
