The Copley Arms is a fantastic riverside pub, five minutes from the beaches at Seaton and Downderry. With stone walls, beamed ceilings and cosy corners throughout, it’s the perfect location for dining with friends, family or intimate evenings for two! We pride ourselves on serving fantastic food and drink with a strong emphasis on local produce and offering our locals and out of town guests genuine hospitality. With fires throughout and large riverside gardens the the pub is perfect for all seasons.

Our menu is served throughout the pub, in our large stonewalled bar with open fire and woodburner, our cosy snug, and in our restaurant with beamed ceilings and woodburner.

Enjoying a Sunday lunch carvery at the Copley Arms is always a treat. The food is excellent there, as is the service. It was a little quieter today than when we have visited before, but still very pleasant. Our meals could have been hotter, and would have been more enjoyable, hence the four stars rather than five this time, but that isn’t a complaint just a mention. We will certainly be back again!

All four in our party enjoyed our meal at the Copley Arms. The ambience was warm and friendly with a few groups of people in the bar area - all very welcoming about the dogs we had with us. The sharing platter was VERY tasty - fish & chips perfect, pork, steak and burger very tasty. Accompanied by a couple of great bottles of red wine - a very jolly evening - would highly recommend. Too full to try a dessert sadly, so will have to return....

We had a wonderful family meal from age 91 to a 9 month old. Great food with brilliant service, nice and spacious so we did not feel cramped . Good value for money and real cosy pub Loved it, thank you
