Perfect in every respect, from seating through leaving. Enjoyed conversation over lunch for nearly 3 hours without any pressure to complete our meal.

Went here to celebrate an accomplishment by one of our family members. This was a Sunday for dinner. The restaurant was quite empty, but food service was a very slow regardless. We ordered three filet mignon steaks and a fish and they came out very slow. The cook on the fillets was good/as requested, and the cook on the Seabass was very delicious. However, the spinach that came with the Seabass had way too much garlic. We saw another table of two be seated at the same time as us get served their food and plates cleared before we got our main dishes. Additionally one of us was more hungry and we ordered a fourth steak, and we ordered it medium, but it was delivered to us rare. We returned it and asked for it to be cooked a little longer and it took about 15 to 20 minutes for it to come back and then it was cooked well done. For as much money we paid for all the steaks, this was very bad service, especially in the kitchen. I find the cooking in the kitchen and the mistakes that occur in their often drive bad experiences at restaurants. The host/manager did try to repair the situation, but we were not interested in a free dessert to compensate for the poorly cooked steak. This restaurant really needs to get its service levels better because it is so slow and I read those reviews from other people that ate there previously. Not sure if I’ll come again due to the mediocre food and the slow food service. Sad because this location is a great location for restaurants if someone can get the service right.

We made last minute reservations, so we had to sit in the bar area. The service isn’t as good there. Are serving (Javier) was great, but seemed overwhelmed by all the tables he was expected to service. The food was good, but my seabass was a bit undercooked.

The menu on site differed from the Open Table menus. We specifically chose this location based on their menu which showed crab cakes and short ribs. We got here and they said not today. We pivoted and ordered fish tacos and a fillet. The fish tacos were way over cooked. Possibly prior days old fish. They were bad. The fillet wasn’t very tender. The server who took our order never came by to see how things were. We paid and left and she still never asked how things were. Sad, I was very optimistic about this place but they disappointed me.

Decent food with good textures but a bit bland. The ambience is nice and the staff are professional but I think it's gone down hill since opening.

The menu is broad enough to serve many occasions with fair alternatives for kids, and eve though they didn’t have a dedicated gluten free menu we were able to accommodate very well. The place is nice, but very loud. The food was great, but the drinks were terrible. The service was good, nice and fast.

It was so noisy that we could barely talk to one another.Most of us had a headache the nest day and it wasn’t from the drink. The food is becoming very mediocre. It looks sad and old when it arrives at the table. No excuse for yellow arugula or limp lettuce. I could go on but you get the idea.
