Food was lovely, perhaps a little more seasoning on the roast dinner but otherwise it really was good. The sticky toffee pudding was DIVINE! Others had fish and chips and they were really happy with the food and said it was the best fish they'd had in ages! However the service was really slow and we were happy to take our time but we had to ask someone to clear our plates after around 25 minutes of them being sat there. Perhaps it was where we were sat Staff were lovely when they did see to us but just felt a little forgotten.

The Sunday roast lunch was exceptional. Beautifully cooked and presented and delicious. The service was very attentive. We would certainly eat here again.

This is a rare find these days - the food is sooo good. The venue is clean and smart - kept very well. Outside space too is great if you’re there on a nice day. Plenty of parking.

We ordered the lunchtime menu and thought that the choices that were available on the menu were outstanding as was the food that we ordered, it was very difficult to decide what to have as everything listed sounded really good. The lunch was enjoyed by the four of us, so much so that we intend booking again to enjoy a pre-Christmas festive lunch.

Very good service. Staff were welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout our meal. The lunchtime menu wasn't cheap but the choice was good and the meal was beautifully presented and well cooked. My beef was wonderfully tender while my partner's Chinese pork meal was, he said, delicious. Desserts were equally good.

Very enjoyable lunch on the way to Bristol Airport. Friendly staff, pleasant & clean surroundings and unfussy decor.

Service was very poor. Had to go and find someone to show us to a table as no one at the podium or in view, when shown to a table left another 10mins before even offered a drink. Fair wait for a starter and very long wait for the main course. 1.5 hours for two courses is slow. Food was good when it actually arrived.

Love this place for Sunday lunch and more. Great food, brilliant service, lovely waitresses. Couldn’t be better! Waitress even remembered us from last time! Friend was very late with young child but my worry about this was dealt with efficiently and kindly by staff.
