It was our first time at the restaurant which we booked for our anniversary. We were given complimentary glasses of sparkling wine to start which was lovely! We sat at the chef counter where you can watch all the food being prepared. The kitchen staff were super friendly and made amazing food! The menu is meant for sharing for the most part, so we went that route. We ordered the beef tartare to start, then we had squash rings, heirloom carrots, fries and the cowboy ribeye cooked rare. Everything was outstanding and perfectly prepared! Next time we will definitely have to try the scallops, oysters and porterhouse which was excellent as per the couple next to us. Our server Zoe was amazing as well! She had a fun and welcoming personality and was very attentive and knowledgeable. The woman who took over after she left was also amazing and the staff overall were wonderful. The restaurant is lovely and the ambiance is fun yet cozy, which is definitely our vibe. We would highly recommend this restaurant and although it's definitely a splurge, it's worth every penny. We had no complaints and left feeling excited and looking forward to coming back. Thank you everyone at Common Stove for making our anniversary celebration a wonderful time!

First time at The Common Stove. Party of 4 for Brunch. Loved it! Service was lovely, everyone friendly, Eggs Benny were great! Overall a very good experience and we hope to return and try their dinner menu!

Everything was wonderful as always at the Common Stove. We are never disappointed with anything we order. They are consistently excellent in all areas whether it be food, care, service or welcome. It is always our number one go to place! Thanks Simon, Darcy and team! Can’t wait to try Lola in Barrie!!

Perfect evening. The food was amazing. Beautiful presentation, came out all at once to everyone in the group, and therefore no one waiting and all piping hot. Staff is friendly and fun.

Sunday Roast at Common Stove is our favorite. Delicious prime rib, great vibe, and amazing service, as always!
