Amazing first experience. There isn’t anything that I would have changed. We soon realized that we will need to come back when our eyes were bigger than our stomachs looking at the menu. We had the Shrimp Cocktail and the Steak Tartare to start. Both were reasonably priced for the amazing fresh seafood and the portions were great. The filet Oscar and Australian Waygu were our mains that were cooked to perfection and the Cheesecake and Sorbet did not disappoint to round out the evening. The atmosphere was update, comfy and cozy yet elegant from the moment we stepped into the entryway to the moment we left. We will be back soon & hopefully it is with some friends we been raving about our experience to! Jeannie Gavin & Katie were amazing throughout our entire dining experience.

Very noisy! Clearing service slow. Vegetable of the day sounded so good. We didn’t care for it. One of us ordered pasta-very rich and heavy. She ate one third. Bread was terrific! Scallops were very good.

Beautifully decorated in bar and restaurant. Felt the food, while ok, was way overpriced. Enjoyed Sam and Reilly who waited on us.

While we started off having to wait for our reservation, the wait was acknowledged by our lead server and apologized for it. We chose the Beef Wellington for 2 and it was remarkable. The presentation was superb and the taste was amazing. Everything was first class in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend!

We were very excited to go to Bartolotta’s newest addition, but we left very disappointed. We started at the bar with a cocktail, and the bar, bar tender and drink were great, the atmosphere was great and what you’d expect of a Bartolotta’s restaurant. Once we were seated, it was several minutes before the waitstaff came by. They never offered water, I had to ask multiple times, they never removed my cocktail glass that was empty, and overall the waitress was either very inexperienced or just having a rough day. Our meals (Wagu New York Strip and Salmon) were subpar, and for the price we expected much better, especially since the waitress said the Wagu melted in your mouth, but I found it to be tough and smothered in a brown gravy. The bright spot was the manager, who fixed my wives Salmon order and without even asking removed it from the bill. After the manager stopped over, which we did not ask for or complain, we never saw our waitress again, a different waitress finished our night. The new waitress never asked how our meals were, did not ask if we wanted dessert, and had to be flagged down for the bill. This is the first time I have written a sub par review for any restaurant and I thought about calling the restaurant, but I felt others would be interested in my take and I’d welcome others feedback because we’d like to go back as the restaurant is beautiful, and it’s a Bartolotta’s place, which we absolutely love.

Made Reservation 2 weeks in advance. Requested a table by the window overlooking the lake. We were escorted to a booth that faced the linen closet. My friends ordered tenderloin which was good. I ordered 2 lb lobster which was barely a couple pieces overshadowed in a bowl with potatoes and vegetables. Plating was unappealing. Behind my head was a table where they stacked the decorative plate that looked as if they were going to fall at any time. Our booth was strangely shaped and hard to communicate with one another. The main room sounded so loud. I took my friends out as a thank you and was hoping for a more enjoyable experience,

Reception was warm seated immediately. Except an old lady with long black hair was seating us, kept putting her foot in her mouth trying to complement and was very improper. Ambiance /decor is superb . Food was not as expected from Bartolotta! Bisque & cheese cake were great & the highlight of the diner. Bread , stroganoff , schnitzel were below average. A disappointing experience. And prices are high expecting Bartolotta standard that did not experience in their usual great food. Service was good. Hope they look into the prep of the food and bring it up like other locations. The location is stunning but need to complete it with worth $spent.

We arrived at 6:30 for 7:30 reservations. Had Cocktails and checked on resie at 7 and 7:40. We were told 5 minutes. Checked again at 8 ish. Then we were told we were next. About 8:30, a person, who we can only assume is some Front of the House, came and apologized and offered a free drink which I had suggested earlier . We agreed to have it at the table. We were not seated for another 15 minutes. At that point, we had our water poured and were given one menu. For 6 of us. People seated around us who had been there earlier had no food. After another 10 minutes, a drink order was taken. There was no mention of food or other menus. Butter appeared but no rolls. Those came 10 minutes after. One roll. At no time was as any mention made of why this was taking so long.. 15 or 20 minutes after rolls, menus appeared. Food was order 5 minutes after and we were served about 9:30. The Food was done perfectly. Kudos to the chef. There were 3 people serving a table of 6, but we saw only the water person, the roll person and the waitress all separately… I assume the food was being cooked one table at a time and no sous vide involved. We were with good company, but the service was awful and the waitress seemed bored… probably exhausted little interaction with our group … It will be awhile before we go back… The kinks should be out by now. I realize there was a banquet upstairs, but by the time we were there, should have been only drinks flowing up there.. Staff needs better training and more bodies are needed!

Waited 30 min to be seated even though we had a reservation, waited an additional 10 min to receive menus from service team. We did sit at the bar while we waited per the hosts suggestion, they were extremely busy and it took roughly 15 min to get a drink. Understand that they were very busy but waiting for that long when we had a reservation is no acceptable. Food overall was good, very similar to what we have experienced at the Bartolotta restaurants. We were not the only party that experienced this sort of delay.
