The small plates were really delicious - especially the arancini and prosciutto dishes. Really excellent service from start to finish.

Third time dining here since it opened and it was another fab experience. The decor is stunning and staff are so warm and welcoming as well as professional. Food and wine is fairly priced and of a very high standard.

Had a lovely meal in Collins Club Bar after 5pm …really nice food with picture perfect presentation. Was a great DJ there but volume was a little loud. The menu and prices were restaurant style as oppose to bar food menu, but was absolutely top notch and priced well based on quantity of dish, presentation and service. I will definitely be back here. Cocktails were also delicious. Is an impressive venue with a lovely vibe and great for corporate or private parties.

Very beautiful interiors and great staff who are really expert at food and drinks. First DJ set great but a bit toons toons maybe for that time of the evening, second one seemed more a fit with the vibes of the place. The Fish dish is delicious and my friend said the steak was great. Cocktails are really well done and a bit of a twist on classics. Second time will be back.

The Collins Club is a nice spot for the area, it is nicely decorated and was pretty busy for 4:45pm on a Friday, which was a welcome sign. However, already despite only recently opening, some of the fixtures aren't doing well for ware with prominent water marks on table surfaces. Additionally, the cutlery are particularly focused on style over function, the knife being uselessly blunt. We both ordered the pork chop, which was difficult to cut without hacking away like murderers. The food took a long time to arrive and there was a hair in our fries which put us off. The menu is nice and the cocktails are good, however come with more ice than alcohol! The staff are friendly, but could use some more people during busy periods.

This was our second time to the Collins Room- first time for lunch last Wednesday which was gorgeous and Saturday night for dinner. Service, food and decor/ were all amazing. The staff there are so warm and friendly. The quality is very good for the price and while the menus is small, it’s delicious. Wines are also solid and good value for money. Cocktails were beautiful. On the negative side, there were two singers performing when we arrived at 8pm. They were excellent but we were seated very close to them and it was nearly impossible to have a conversation. We asked to move table but it was still pretty loud. Then a DJ started. She was excellent but again the noise level was just far too high. We asked if it could be adjusted as our table was directly under a speaker and they turned it down slightly but it was very loud again towards the time we left (11pm). If going for a drink, it’s probably ok but the noise level is probably too much for a restaurant environment.

Enjoyed everything. I thought the menu was a too limited in salads , and prices in starter and salad sections too high. Otherwise I had an enjoyable experience and will go back. Service was efficient and lovely.
