The Collective, a local hospitality group, has brought two new concepts to life at the Columbia Lakefront. Didn’t have it but someone in our group had the wedge salad he enjoyed it! Sizable portion. The wagyu burger was very good, raw oysters were very tasty and served beautifully. I would skip the strawberry dessert, but the bananas foster cake looked yummy! Very light nautical theme decor - you would never know your in the space Alyse’s was in except the view of the lake is lovely! Wait staff and host were all very welcoming.

What a disaster experience! They were hosting a large party and had no additional staff. I felt poorly for our server as she was trying so hard but couldn’t win against a full restaurant plus packed party room and four people in the kitchen. Lamb was raw but the scallops and steak were cooked into oblivion. Out of filet because they didn’t plan properly for the party. It was awful and I don’t think we will ever return.

The food is good, but really not very many choices. Wine selection a bit limited. Service was off. Took a while to get our initial drinks and appetizers. We're not slow eaters but the entrees arrived when we were at most halfway through our apps (and the two couples split an amply sized salad). The bottle of wine ordered when our apps were ordered arrived with the final bites of our entrees.

Nice date night with my wife. We each got an app and entry. We’re mostly full after the apps so had a lot to bring home. Shared the arancinis and calamari. Could’ve just grabbed dessert after that but wanted to try a few anthers. Nice portions and atmosphere. Servers and hosts both very friendly. I’d really to friends and family. Would like to try even more of the menu.

First time here. Our server, Josh, gets five stars. He could not have been more polite, professional or attentive. Food was good - try the hush puppies. The only hiccup was I ordered my halibut with sauce on the side. All other plates arrived, but mine not for about five minutes later. Never a good sign with fish. I think the kitchen missed my sauce detail and my fish continued to cook during the wait. That’s my guess. Just slightly over cooked. The rest was great and the ambiance is nicely refreshed from previous decor.

Service was slow and poor. We were a table of 3. The waitress was nice but not attentive. Drinks took over 20 minutes once we finally got to order . One came then the others came 15 min later. Note the bar was right above us. Food took way to long and was sup bar. Seafood pasta had very little seafood in it. What was so disappointing is we were there for a family Birthday as was noted on the reservation but was not acknowledged. What makes it worse is that my Husband called in person to request a slice of Birthday cake and candle. It did not happen! We left sad and disappointed that we overpaid for a poor experience and did not have the Birthday Dinner we expected!

This was our first time at The Collective Offshore. We were really impressed by the quality and preparation of the food, though the prices were high (perhaps these days you can't have one without the other!) I ordered the crab claw lollipops -- they were soooooo decadent and came in a delicious broth -- be sure to squeeze fresh lemon juice over it! My husband and I shared everything we ordered. I got the fresh catch "Columbia" style (halibut filet) and my husband got the fresh catch "Kittamaqundi" style (whole branzino). Both fish were prepared perfectly, and OH MY goodness, the branzino was the best we've ever had. Tender and creamy, and simply prepared. We will definitely be back! Special shout-out to server Josh for making our visit extra special!

Food was great, especially the wings! Service was good, tho shorthanded. Had to move inside because of bees and lantern flies!

It took forever for our food to come out despite the small number of people there. When it did, it was not very hot.

We ate here for the first time on Sunday. It wasn't very busy but our waiter seemed a bit slow. We ordered the burrata appetizer and the crab lollipops, both were good. For our entree, we ordered the prime rib hash. The beef was supposed to be "shaved" and it was in chunks about one inch square. We thought the beef tasted old and the potatoes in the hash were deep fried chunks instead of shredded potatoes like a hash should have. Not good. We might consider trying them again, but were not impressed.
