The Collective, a local hospitality group, has brought two new concepts to life at the Columbia Lakefront. We sat outside on a beautiful day! Michael was our waiter & he was great. Food was very good. Looking forward to returning soon.

I ordered the crab cake dinner and it was very salty and burnt on the bottom. The others in my party enjoyed their meals of salmon, scallops and lamb chops. Our waiter was a bit slow but the drinks were delicious

Our waitress was very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was understaffed and we waited 25 minutes before our drinks arrived. The waitress explained the delay and apologized for the long wait. Luckily, our entrees arrived 10 minutes later so that made up for the initial wait. My husband ordered the scallops and I had the crab cake- we both enjoyed our choices. The crab cake was all lump meat and had a delicious flavor. We will return.

The food was bland and the service from our waitress was lackluster. The oysters, salmon deviled eggs, and fish tacos were not flavorful. The drinks were excellent and so was the view from patio seating on a mild weather day. But I will not come to Offshore Collective again because the food lacked flavor and distinctiveness. And our waitress was inattentive and seemed inexperienced--didn't know the menu, etc.

Me and bestie had the best experience! The service and food were top tier! I love the location of the restaurant which is right on the lake. I also love that they had a great mocktail section. I can’t wait to come back!

Really not sure if this place is a do again. I read other reviews and was determined to see for myself. The seafood pasta was yummy still a bit cool to taste although the server had advised the plate was hot. The lamb chops were disappointing because they are served on top of cold salad which in turn makes the lamb chops not hot at all. My biggest issue was when I received the bill I asked for a certain tequila in my margarita which the server advised they had (Don Julio Reposado) instead I was charged for Rosado as he thought that was short for Reposado well Rosado is $34 and the drink was not worth that pricing but what really shocked me was the $3 additional charge for a sugar rim. I just really hate when I have to address a bill at a restaurant.

Wait service not good! Didn’t get what was ordered and the waiter said they didn’t have it. The manager heard what the waiter said and corrected him. The item was available.
