First of all it was date night for hubby and I. We ordered 2 chicken dinners only got one. Waiting on the other mine got cold. My Chicken was too dry to eat. There was no type of compensation. Stated in reservation wanted to see musician. We were seated in the tent. Had to ask for closer seats which were available. Last Friday was so so much better in EVERY WAY and it was a group of 6

This was our 4th time dining there, and we’ve always been pleased. It’s so unusual to come across a menu that has so many gluten-free options, so we were very much looking forward to our meal. My husband had the beef, I had the crab cake. Both were over-salted. A bit disappointed. The service was outstanding, and dining outside was a plus. We’ll try again, and hope the chef is not so heavy-handed with the salt next time.

This is my second visit to this establishment. I was very excited for the ambiance and the atmosphere seemed very nice and the staff was friendly. On the first visit the server put in the wrong food order and that caused a delay of about 20min to get the right food. This second visit service was god but the food was not. The calamari was very salty and my order seafood pasta had a terrible burnt taste because the garlic was burnt. One of the managers brought out my plate and another person ordered the same food (theirs wasn’t burnt) with the obvious color difference I was saddened that the cook didn’t just remake the meal and that the manager didn’t have the meal remade.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Collective yesterday evening. We prefer outdoor dining when the weather is nice and we had a nice view of the lake. My halibut dish with lump crab and hollandaise sauce was delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband also really liked the seafood scampi dish he ordered . Our server was pleasant and efficient and we are looking forward to another meal there. Bonus points for welcoming and understanding the needs of diners who have to eat gluten free meals.

First time dining here. The restaurant is large and nicely decorated. Lots of empty seats on a Saturday night. We ordered Peeled shrimp appetizer, which we both enjoyed very much. My husband ordered the daily catch, Halibut, and I had the scallops. His fish was overcooked and sent back. My scallop dish looked better than it tasted. It was lacking in flavor. Waited for another halibut to be prepared, which was a little bit better, but not great. We did not get comped for anything, even the extra glass of wine we had while waiting for the meal. For the price, we paid for our meals, I don't think we will be returning for dinner.

Food wasn’t hot, sent back my calamari the 1st time as they seem to have been sitting for awhile and not hot, told the waiter, he took them back and came back again with not so hot calamari so I just dealt with them and know not to order them again. My old bay crab ravioli was just okay. I think the dish was completely overpowered by all of the old bay. I was expecting less old bay flavor and more creamy pasta taste. Limoncello cake was great. The best part of my 3 course meal.

I love the walk along the lake and park fountain to this welcoming and nautical themed restaurant with lots of booths and wonderful views of the lake from their windows. Their variety in their menu and long bar that is clean and steeped with ambience never disappoints myself and girlfriends.

It was our first time at The Collective Offshore. Beautiful ambiance inside and outdoor seating is a nice bonus. Excellent service! Our server was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed fresh raw oysters. The main course was overall good, but in my opinion some dishes lacked seasoning. We would come back to try more dishes as the menu is extensive and we very much enjoyed service and the ambiance.
