The Collab is elegantly decorated with subdued color palette to let the elegance of the food and the charm of the staff shine through. Chef Pierre is making very appetizing plates that are to be shared. Roasted leeks, beautiful beet salad, roasted cauliflower are all excellent starters. I love the Korean Chicken, it is delectable. You can’t miss with any pizza on the menu and I loved the various meat dishes, add truffle and you have the creativity and passion Executive Chef Nico Mazier is famous for. Thanks to Mia for such great recommendations. See you soon

We loved the Paccheri and Picanha. Desserts were fantastic as well. Amazing attention to detail on all of the dishes.

The food and service were excellent. The artichoke pizza was really well executed and had tons of flavor, the paccheri dish was superb, delicious octopus, and cauliflower dishes also. The previous restaurant in this space was great too, but I love the new dishes and concept here. Service was really attentive, the cocktails were fantastic & great vibe/ music.

The restaurant is beautiful, but the experience fell flat from there. The cheapest bottle of red wine on the list we were given was $75. They were out of that selection and the next bottle we selected. We felt bad for the server who had to return twice with the bad news. We would not have stayed if we weren't staying in the attached hotel.

Great find. One of my favorite new places in South Miami with a good scene. The music was unnecessarily loud (although they were kind enough to turn it down a little!), but food and drinks are great and it's an awesome venue. Excited to come back

We were 4 for dinner-the food was amazing. Well prepared and flavorful. The waitress was very knowledgeable and professional. The menu needs improvement as no clarity of portion sizes. The menu is divided into earth sea and land but no clarity as appetizers and main course. We ordered from earth what we thought were the starters. They were and they were excellent. From the sea and land we ordered what we thought were main courses ie the salmon and croquettes but they were appetizers size portions quite small. The land ie pichana and the chicken were normal main courses. Needless to say all was prepared excellently. Compliment to the chef!!! Hope they are able to correct this. And wish them much success!!!
