Indulge in a three-course delectable meal featuring favorites like our Grilled Octopus and Tenderloin Truffle. Miami Spice Hours: Tuesday - Thursday: 5:30 pm to 10 pm, Friday & Saturday: 5:30 pm to 11 pm. 🚨 Get two free hours of self-parking in our garage, or $5 off valet when you dine with us. This was our second visit on the spicies menu!!! The quality and taste were magnificent the first time that we went for “seconds” and his time they outdid themselves, both with the food and their service and attention to details, Jose, our waiter was very attentive to our needs and the manager even offered a complimentary glass of wine!!! Kudos

My husband and I went for Miami Spice and the menu was well rounded. The blue crab croquettes and prime beef tartar were delicious. We ordered an additional appetizer, the roasted leek. The entrees were great. I personally did not like the matcha pavlova. The matcha and the lemon ice cream did not go well together and it tasted too fishy( im not a huge matcha fan). The berry compote that came on top was excellent. That should be its own dish. But we enjoyed our date night.

Beautiful decor combined with outstanding food. Amazing service from our server Jose. Wine list is limited but offers great value. Could be a little noisy at times. Overall a great find.

We got there and the host automatically validated our parking ticket after they sat us down. Then we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, which was quite affordable at $30, and the margarita pizza (8/10). It was Miami spice so I did the $60 menu and ordered the grilled octopus (6.5/10) which was salty but very tender. The main course was the tenderloin truffle (9/10) which was cooked perfectly, super juicy and was delicious. Lastly I got the apple tart for dessert and that was also delicious (9/10).

We had an amazing time at The collab!! The people were absolutely amazing. Food was unbelievable. It was such a fun Friday dinner. Highly recommend!

First time visiting for Miami Spice. Staff makes you feel welcome from the start. Favorites include the grilled octopus, the roasted beets, the crab croquettes. Branzino was delicious and super fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly. Desserts, crowd favorite was the pavlova. Will definitely return want to try pizza.
