The food was delicious! Our second time there. Great service, but noise level was too high. We could have done W/out the loud dj music. We found ourselves screaming over the music.

The food was creative with good flavors, three dishes were very good and the other two could improve. Service was excellent. The major drawback was the extremely loud music normally found in a club and not in a restaurant borderline fine dining. It doesn’t appeal for a return visit unless that changes. We talk to the restaurant manager who understood the concern. If the music issue is worked on we would certainly return given the chef pedigree and his excellent creativity.

Fabulous food, phenomenal cocktails and the BEST happy hour EVER!!! Food was delicious and fresh and perfection. My only complaint and it is a silly one, is the servers uniforms but the place and everything about it is fantastic.

The Collab is elegantly decorated with subdued color palette to let the elegance of the food and the charm of the staff shine through. Chef Pierre is making very appetizing plates that are to be shared. Roasted leeks, beautiful beet salad, roasted cauliflower are all excellent starters. I love the Korean Chicken, it is delectable. You can’t miss with any pizza on the menu and I loved the various meat dishes, add truffle and you have the creativity and passion Executive Chef Nico Mazier is famous for. Thanks to Mia for such great recommendations. See you soon
