    The Prime picanha & roasted fingerling potatoes were amazing. Everything was very flavorful, well presented. Cocktails were very good as well. La Colomba has a wonderful hint of smokiness.

    Overall great experience. Food was excellent, the communal server model took a minute to get used to, but still pleasant.

    Good food. Nice staff. Took a little long to get our food but overall would go back. Beautiful decor.

    Collab is very nice. The food is good, and the by the glass wine selection is actually quite good. But in a crowded Miami restaurant scene, Collab does not stand out. To be clear, we had a nice meal, but would I go back? Maybe, but probably not. Service was, again, ok.

    What a gem! Slightly hidden away in the first floor of the THesis hotel. The food was simply excellent. Very creative tasty and extremely well prepared and presented. The service was very good and our server, Jose Cabrera, was very knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients and gladly answered our many questions with a smile. Miami Spice menus are great deals. The Oven Roasted Beets were delicious, Beef Tartare was wonderful and the Tenderloin Truffle will bring us back many times. Don't miss the deserts. Sticky Toffee pudding was the best in Miami. Thank you to the manager and all the staff for a great dinner out with my wife and daughter. Next time we may take them up on the no fee corkage, but the mixed drinks were also terrific.

    Chef Nico and his team have done an exceptional job with The Collab. The atmosphere is cozy with a great selection of music. Great for an intimate dinner date or girls night. Our waiter, Jose, was very attentive and efficient. The food was truly incredible from presentation to taste. The crispy cauliflower was packed with flavor. The grilled octopus was incredible and charred to perfection. I’d recommend the tenderloin truffle as a main dish or the beef cheek pasta. Both were full of flavor and truffle!! The desserts were just as delicious. The apple tart and pavlova are definitely a must. Overall, The Collab delivers an outstanding dining experience and service. It’s a wonderful addition to The Thesis Hotel.

    Food was outstanding, the flavors were all spot on. We went for the Miami Spice menu and everything we had was ridiculously delicious! Highly recommend the tenderloin truffle, the meat was melt in your mouth and the sauce was one of the most unique and perfectly balanced sauces I’ve had in a long time!!
