Opened under new ownership in December 2023, we are located adjacent to our existing Roundwood Stores bakery and artisan food store. Come and enjoy good food, wine, craft beer, and log fires in the beautifully restored 1820’s Coach House.
The pub is open midday until late, Thursday to Sunday, for walk-ins and reservations.
The menu is slightly more casual (as are some of the tables) but the room is cozy and the experience the same.
The restaurant is open midday for lunch and 5pm for dinner, walk-ins or reservations available.

You will not be disappointed, however my only feedback was the short rib was not as moist as I was expecting. The fig salad was definitely the nicest salad I’ve ever had and the calamari was perfection. Stunning interior design and top notch service

We brought my parents here not knowing much about it except for having a quick scan of the menu beforehand. It was incredible from start to finish. We were seated at a lovely corner table and even though it got busier all the time, we felt we were in our own space. The food was so much better than expected, my cod and chips was presented so well and was such a nice take on the dish. We're all still talking about our meals and can't wait to go back. Thank you so much to our wonderful servers who looked after us so well. It's a really gorgeous spot.

I have been there several times but I have noticed that starter portions are getting smaller. The squid starter is very small ,which is a shame as it’s gorgeous. The beef pie has very little beef , disappointing. Food is average and over priced but I like the place itself.

great service good food nice atmosphere lovely decor uncomfortable chairs didn’t like the 12.5% service change automatically added to the bill, tipping in Ireland is discretionary not like USA therefore I like to leave to tip privately and accordingly, it’s not very classy to add it on then ask at the table if it’s ok, just didn’t sit well with me was enjoyable overall
