There are a wide variety of restaurants in Ludlow, but Clive Arms stands out if you want traditional British food that makes the most of Ludlow’s local ingredients.

Our food is inspired by the seasonal produce of Shropshire and our surrounding counties. Many of our ingredients are handmade at Ludlow Farmshop. Our meat is reared in the fields surrounding us on the Earl of Plymouth’s Oakly Park Estate and is prepared by the award winning butchers at Ludlow Farmshop

Please note, we do add a 12.5% discretionary service charge onto the bill for groups of six or more.

Our butcher from Ludlow Farmshop will be onsite at The Clive Arms, where you will have the opportunity to choose a cut and weight of steak of your choice – then have it cooked to perfection by The Clive Arms head chef. This butchery steak experience is always very popular = booking is required.

Very tasty well presented food with friendly ,helpful staff. The only small gripe we had was a 12.5% service charge added to the bill,We would rather choose our own tip, how many people do not notice it.

The lunches were delicious with carefully prepared dishes ,very tasty and original. The wines chosen were excellent too! Service was speedy ,efficient and friendly. Overall a most enjoyable experience.

Always difficult to pick out a venue for a special occasion dinner when you’re on holiday but we chose well here. Prompt efficient service, excellent & well presented food. Just the job, thanks
