Afternoon Tea served between 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm Daily. *Other options are also available, please contact us with any dietary requirements.

Menu:- ,Smaller selection on menu than expected, more pub grub style food than restaurant dining ( our dining group should have checked out menu before booking) Food :- well presented and was delicious Drink:- Women of the group started with cocktails we were impressed with selection and one of the best cocktails I've had in a while, they had a varied drink selection, as gin drinkers they had a varied choice which came to the table well presented. Service:- from ordering food to table was reasonable time especially as it was busy in the restaurant but the interaction with staff was very poor had different serving staff which I understood with it being busy but very standoffish attitudes like they didn't care. We asked for water when starters were served after asking on two separate occasions from two different members of staff we received it after main meals were eaten. When ordering our second round of drinks they forgot a tonic for one of the gins once we managed to get attention of a member of staff to inform them we got the distinct feeling we were being a bother and like the water took a while before tonic was brought to table, I do take into consideration it was busy but a little friendly banter and apologies does go a long way in service and also makes customers feel welcome, tip and return to restaurant. We would have stayed for a few more drinks but felt unwelcome so we paid, left and went to a different establishment.

A lovely early dinner. Great atmosphere, fab service by all staff and lovely food and wine. Beautifully festive! A fine experience.

We had a very nice meal at the classroom. Service and atmosphere were great and food was of a very high standard. Would definitely recommend

Lovely staff, great food but shame you ran out of the cheesecake ☺️ Nevertheless we all enjoyed our visit. Never disappoints

Booked the table in time to eat before going to theatre ( travelling from Elgin to Inverness) . The service was friendly, pleasant, very quick & the food was plentiful & absolutely delicious. Drinks were served nicely, well chilled & very pleasantly. Thanks to the very prompt service we were able to relax, enjoy our meal without having to worry/ clock watch.

Wonderful dinner at The Classroom. Desserts were exceptional. Lauren our server was a delight.

Delicious food, great service and lovely ambience- even brought a bowl of water and dog treats to the table for our dog!

They have a new menu which now does not have our favourites, we both had fish and chips we found the batter to rather thick on the fish and TBH not a lot of fish inside, the pea purée was a bit odd seemed the peas were under cooked and had for me anyway a strange taste, what’s wrong with traditional mushy peas. We had enjoyed our last three visits but this new menu does not suit us. Staff were really nice and attentive so no complaints about them.

Staff were professional and friendly. The food was lovely. It was very clean and well se up. Really enjoyed my experience at the Class Room.
