Welcome to the Clarendon Tavern! Offering seasonal, locally sourced and handmade ingredients. Beautifully designed to embrace our heritage building roots with a modern twist. Chef Dave Godsoe was inspired by the vibrancy and character of the market when creating this menu. Sister restaurant to Eighteen, Social and Sidedoor.

Always a good choice. Nicoise salad is a nice size and well prepared.

Beautiful courtyard setting. Bland, over-priced food and desserts that weren’t available. Service was quick though.

Lovely patio. Food was underwhelming. Ordered the "house" Clarendon chicken pot pie, it had an overly burnt flavor. Would not recommend. I sent it back and ordered the meatballs, which were good. My friends enjoyed a pizza, which really was flatbread. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

A great stop for brunch. All meals were very well prepared. Not overalls expensive, staff were friendly. We will be back

Went for an early dinner. The burger was great and it came with the best house salad I’ve ever had. Loved the pickled veggies on top.

Service was super slow, food was super slow. Patio had so much potential to be beautiful but it was rudimentary. The devil is in the details.

This has become a favourite of mine as a cool, laid back night out. The drinks are always beautifully created, the staff are friendly and fun. The fig and prosciutto pizza wasn't something I'd ordinarily order but it was actually delicious.

I went to the Clarendon yesterday, to celebrate my birthday with my friends. We all ordered food at the same time, everyone got their food except me. They did not even check up on me, not once. The waiter who took our order shows up after everyone has already finished eating. And then I had to tell him that I don't want my food anymore because l'm not planning on eating alone. I do not recommend going there on your birthday or any special occasion cuz they'll make sure to disappoint you.
