Excellent service until the restaurant filled up then waiters were a bit slower. Food good and nice value. Close to the Astro is huge plus

Service was fine but I could tell they didn't really have a table to honor my reservation. They scrambled and found a table in the game room (with the dart players). Not a great atmosphere in that room.

Wait staff slipped up on water refills and clearing the table. To be fair it was rush hour right before a concert but the table right next to us got water, so it wasn’t like it woulda been an extra trip. That said, drinks were great (Social Butterfly: 5 stars!), but muffalatta? Meh. Too much bread

Showed their best side because they were slammed with concert goers. Good and service was very good

We had wonderful service on a very busy night. The only thing we didn’t like was the overcooked fries and the unseasoned chips. The rest of the food, especially the onion jam burger, was amazing! We can’t wait to go back and try the brunch!

T was good. Service good. Food good. My only complaint as the crowd increased so did the noise. Is the music necessary at that point?

We arrived on time for a reservation, we were going to be seated at a high top. I asked if we could possibly have one that was lower, and there was an attitude, stating there were a lot of reservations, and that would possibly mess it up. It was Mother’s Day,but throughout our entire stay, the restaurant was fairly empty. We ordered an appetizer which took 30 minutes. We asked for a chip refill and that took another 20 min. We were charged $6 for that. The food came out cold after an hour wait. The waitress apologize stating they did not have help in the kitchen. The food was average, overpriced. Will not go back.
