Le Cinnamon Club, souvent primé, à St James ne ressemble à aucun autre restaurant indien que vous ayez visité. Situé dans l'ancienne Bibliothèque Old Westminster - un bâtiment classé historique avec des livres qui tapissent les murs - sa grandeur et son caractère complètent parfaitement sa nourriture exceptionnelle. L'équipe de 18 chefs, dirigée par Vivek Singh, ont une approche créative et un talent distinctif de la superposition de saveurs avec une présentation étonnante. Enjoy your evening at The Cinnamon Club. We have a special menu available Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm to 6:10pm or from 9:00pm and onwards. Tuck into dishes such as Tandoori Portobello and king oyster mushrooms with stir-fry of morels with peas and mushroom pilau or Koorgi style double cooked pork belly with masala mash, raw mango and chilli sambal. The 3-course menu is priced at £38 per person. T&C's: only for groups of up to 12 guests.

Each festive season we look for new ingredients to create something new for our guests, and every now and again we look back at our favourites from the past years. Food is excellent but the service is slow and it’s very expensive. It’s a great spot but expect a drawn out service. £255 lunch for four.

Food was excellent and definitely a premiere dining experience. Cocktails were delicious. Only disappointment was that the nan breads arrived too late on third time of asking. We were not charged for them but would of course have preferred to have eaten them as an accompaniment to our main meal. Overall experience was excellent though and we will be coming back.

The food was absolutely delicious and service very attentive. It was however very busy when we were there so things took very slightly longer initially than we would expect but once our order was taken it was very slick.

Amazing service and food. The wine pairing was good. Our sommelier who came from Puglia Italië was amazing! The reason we visited was a birthday and the surprised us with a ….. thanks for the amazing evening!

Our meal at the Cinnamon Club was overall good, but there are a few areas for improvement. Firstly a very minor observation, it was disappointing the table we were placed on did not have a tablecloth (unlike other tables in the restaurant which was smarter and more in keeping with the vibe). Secondly, every course of food came out lukewarm or cold when it should have been hot. This indicates the food was all pre-prepared and reheated, except it wasn’t heated and clearly temperature checks were not taken. Thirdly, we were never checked on during courses to ask how our food was, so did not have the opportunity to raise the issue of food not being hot. Finally, the courses came out very quickly, without much of a break in between. Despite this, the food was very tasty and we had consistent service (i.e. the same waiters taking our order, bringing our food and delivering our drinks). It was a good amount of courses for the tasting menu (not too many and not too little). The old library is also a lovely setting.

Our recent visit was nothing short of outstanding, and it has solidified its place as a regular family favorite. The setting is elegant yet welcoming, with its unique location in a former library adding an extra touch of charm. The menu is thoughtfully curated, showcasing a range of innovative dishes that stay true to their Indian roots while incorporating modern techniques. A special mention goes to Shakel, our waiter for the evening, who truly elevated our experience. His attentive service, warm demeanor, and in-depth knowledge of the menu made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from recommending dishes to accommodating our preferences seamlessly. The food itself was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was a delightful explosion of flavors, beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The combination of impeccable service and exceptional cuisine makes The Cinnamon Club a must-visit destination. The Jazz lunch at the Cinnamon Club is a brilliant way to spend a Saturday lunch, excellent modern Indian food, excellent service, great jazz combo, good value for money. We have been there many times and will continue to do so. If you like jazz and Indian food and have never been to the Cinnamon Club then treat yourself.
