Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    We were seated on time and server Aiden was there to provide what was exceptional service. Food was timely served and was very good. Ambience was comfortable.

    Great! Made my BFF's birthday lunch special and our server was excellent! The pomegranate martinis are our favorite cocktails!

    This was our first time eating at the W. Knoxville location. The restaurant was a touch nicer and larger than the Harvest Mill Way location. Our server Dalton S. provided superb service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My daughter had the prime rib and I had a ribeye steak cooked the way we liked it, flavoring good but both were on the tough side. The steak and prime rib have always been on point at the Harvest Mill Way location. With that being said we will continue our dining experience at the Harvest Mill Way location because our food has always been 5 stars there.

    Meal was great, ambiance was comfortable and pleasant. The service was fantastic. We stopped in for lunch before the Vols football game. My husband and I both had the prime rib sandwich. The prime rib was so tender and flavorful. We will make sure to make it a go to next time we’re in town.

    We tried the one-line reservation service. When we arrived, we were promptly seated at a nice table for our group. Our server Derrick came immediately to get our drink orders. He took care of our orders - offering suggestions & explanations from the expansive menu - and seamlessly cared for us during the two hours we enjoyed a birthday luncheon for our 86-yr-old. The restaurant comped a nice brownie with ice cream dessert and a sweet card signed by the staff. The ambience of the restaurant is very pleasing with nice touches (colorful chandeliers, fireplace, etc.) without being fussy. Everything was very clean and neat. A lovely hostess floated by to see how things were going. Our meals were all delicious! We will definitely make Chop House a Go-To place for future dining out!! Thanks to the friendly and efficient staff!

    Our reservation was at 6:30 and we sat down at 7 but the manager brought us some appetizers on the house. Great job tonight! Food was delish!
