Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

Worst Chop House we have ever been to! Drinks took forever. Salads came out before appetizers and had to be sent back. It took 20 minutes just to get a bottle of wine. One of the steaks had to be sent back because it was over cooked. Bathrooms and floor were dirty. Never again at this location.

We ate many places during the holidays and this was by far the best food and service we received! We didn’t feel we were being rushed either and that’s a big plus!

We had a 7:30 reservation. Hostess said they had 20 reservations for that time! We had to wait nearly 25 minutes before being seated. Hubby ordered the ribeye medium. Came very well done. My filet was cooked perfectly. But overall, we were disappointed.

Hostesses were not friendly at all! It’s as if we were a bother to them. They didn’t understand how to use OpenTable reservations. They told us that our table was not ready yet they seated 3 other 2 person groups that were walk-in. If you go there don’t use the reservation service. If you don’t want to eat with screaming kids, you might try the bar area because kids are everywhere in this restaurant. It is not a cozy couple atmosphere. Food prices are reasonable and well prepared, served hot with little wait. Samantha was our server and she was excellent! Perfectly attentive and friendly. We won’t go back to this location again but will go to the Kodak location. Fewer kids and better atmosphere.

Food is always delicious and we’ve never had a bad experience. Our server Meg is always a delight and we try to request her whenever possible.

They did not have enough help... Waitress was stressed out to the enth degree and had way too many tables. I gave her four stars for effort

The overall experience was an A. I do find the prices a bit high, but we will still go back.

Overall, the experience was okay. Our reservation was at 4 pm. We arrived at 3:30. The manager checked us in early telling us it is fine and we'll receive a text when the table is ready. I checked with the hostess at about 3:50 and asked the status. She asked what time was the reservation and I told her 4. She told me they were still sitting 3-3:30 reservations and there was 3 reservations ahead of us. There was no one else coming in with a reservation after us; just walk ins. The text for table being comes at 4:03. Okay fine, whatever. We order our drinks and food. The appetizer was the crab cake and shrimp. Absolutely divine. The garlic butter had a little kick to it. It came with a bed of linguini instead of rice. Delish! 10/10 recommend. My husband and I ordered the sirloin medium and medium well-both came out well. When I say well I mean WELL, no moisture, nothing. We almost asked for steak sauce but used the left over garlic sauce from our appetizer to add some moisture. The salads were a nice portion. I got a corn creme brulee which was good. It was a brulee except made with corn. He got mashed potatoes with gravy. It was about $85 without tip for both steak meals and appetizer (no alcohol). We didn't complain about the steaks because we're not really complainers about our food unless it's not edible; it was edible. The server was really nice. With the exception of the hostess and steaks it was once again an okay experience.
