Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

We had a birthday and our waiter Spoon was amazing! He took care of us all and made it enjoyable!

hahhahah I asked for a table and not a booth. The restaurant was so crowded I dont think a table was available. All in all, we have a new place to have a superb dinner

Took my husband and Mom. The filet and ribeye were amazing - perfect temperatures (medium rare for my husband and myself and well for my Mom). We also had the shrimp cocktail and the cocktail sauce was horseradish forward and very yummy. The baked potatoes are quite large and fluffy. We didn't have room for dessert at the restaurant so took cheesecake home for later. Again, The Chop House did a great job on the cheesecake and take away container. The Manager came around and was very nice to check on things. It was just after Christmas so very busy at 4:30pm and beautifully decorated inside. We sat near a fireplace and wished it was on but the restaurant was already quite warm. Truly a lovely time and worth it for a very enjoyable meal!

The Chop House is a great place to eat. Food and service is always top notch. We just had our family of 10 for Christmas Eve early dinner. We were so pleased with the decision to gather there. Highly recommend.

Had an unusual experience at The Chop House last night. Our server was distracted, impersonal, dis-interested and he totally detracted from the holiday feeling we hoped to experience at one of our favorite restaurants. It was just a very poor performance - disappeared for long periods of time, didn’t bring my cocktail until we were 3/4 of the way through our meal, and then delivered someone else’s half-way eaten chocolate mousse for take-out rather than our own complete chocolate mousse! I left half my drink because I didn’t want to gulp it down. My husband enjoyed his meal but mine was over-cooked and unfortunately our waiter was nowhere to be found in order to tell him. Just a mediocre experience made worse because it happened as a part of our holiday plans - this is when a restaurant should really shine and The Chop House definitely couldn’t pull it together.
