Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

We have been to this particular Chop House numerous times in the past two years. It had become a favorite of ours. However thing have been slipping during our last several visits. During our last visit our food orders were delivered improperly cooked. This was promptly rectified. My entree was delivered before my salad. This was also promptly rectified. Unfortunately we can not recommend this location. We will not be dining at this location anytime in the near future.

The best food, first night in town and definitely going to be hard to beat! 10/10 would go back and will suggest to everyone!

Food is always delicious! We felt a bit rushed though. Just because some of us were finished with our food didn’t mean we needed our check before everyone was finished. We like to sit and let our food digest and talk.

The server was very professional and friendly. Attentive to all needs and wants. The food was very good and temperature was excellent. I have been to this restaurant about 5 times this year. Excellent choice . Reservation was easy on line. Great team.

After a long 10 hour drive, The Chop House was a welcome oasis. The surprising part, despite a full 3-course meal, we were in and out and back in our hotel room in under an hour. The food was heavenly and our server was fantastic. Highly recommend!

It was just ok. In past experiences it was good. The fact that there was hardly a wait on a Friday evening should have been our first clue. Food portions were small, the tenders were tiny and they gave you 4/5 pieces. It was almost like they cut at whole tender in half and called it a whole one. They used to give you 3 tacos for the dinner portion, now you get the lunch portion of 2 for the dinner price. Mac and cheese was dry. Service felt rushed. Fries were good and the sweet potato was good. For the price there’s better value and portions elsewhere.

Normally this the location we bring family and friends. Always been great. Tonight was the service was not up to Par. We had to ask the server to refill the beverage glasses. One of guest temp on the Steak Medallions was medium instead of Well done. Just was shock on the dining experience. Hopefully next time will be Improved.
