Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    I arrived by 6:45, seated ar 7:04 received my drink shortly after. Was not asked what I wanted to eat. Waiter walked by table 2 to 3 times and did not attempt to contact. After 20 minutes I left.

    There were so many people in the foyer, there was no where to sit or stand. Very uncomfortable for an elderly, handicapped person. The time waiting on a table was approximately 30 minutes. The waitress seemed forgetful and maybe frustrated. The food was excellent and plenty of it. My husband asked for a medium filet and it was actually rare. He ate it anyway and said it had a good flavor. We will go there again but not anytime close to a holiday.

    We made reservations it was our first time there we still had to wait an hour ! I was very excited because of all i heard of how good the service and food was . I can say i was very disappointed in the salad I got barley any chicken on it and we got apples and had something weried in it and I cut in to it I guess it was a mushroom. Also our waitress was not nice at all or did she ask how the was we barley seen her some brought our food I ask for bread and didn't receive it . So not a great review for me .$90.00 later

    We were seated before our reservation time on a very busy night. Food was amazing and we had outstanding service.

    We have eaten at Chop House since its original opening and it continues to be our favorite! We can always expect excellence, and it didn’t disappoint this time either :)

    We were a little disappointed in the prime rib cut. My girlfriend and I ordered 16oz prime rib and the visual difference in size was very noticeable. My cut was about 1” to 1 1/4” thick. Her cut was under a 1/2” cut to 3/4”. If I was to guess she only got about a 10oz. The meal and service was good, but disappointed in her cut of prime rib.

    Ordinarily Chop house is always at the top of their game but not this time. We had reservations for 5:30 ,I asked how much longer the wait would be at 5:45,and they said my table was ready. Then they sat us in the bar in a cramped corner 2 feet from the bar. Needless to say it was extremely loud. The waitress was great but the food wasn't very good at all,both steaks were cooked wrong and full of grissle,my wife couldn't eat hers and the potatoes were barely warm. The salads were very good. When someplace has prices as high as they do,you expect better.I should have went to Longhorn.
