Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Seated promptly upon arrival. Server greeted us quickly. Food is wonderful as always. The Caesar salad is one of the best around.

We made a reservation a few days before for my daughters graduation. The restaurant was packed (understandably) but they had 2 large tables who would not leave even after the table was cleaned and they stayed almost 2.5 hours. I don’t understand why they couldn’t tell the people that they had reservations and needed the tables. It ended up being a lovely enough dinner and our waitress was phenomenal. Policy shouldn’t be to just allow guests to take up valuable space when there are reservations ( we were not the only ones waiting to be seated with reservations). You can politely tell people thank you for coming we hope you have a great evening but they do need to go ahead and sit guests who’ve been waiting for their reservation. I also don’t understand why you would just want to hang out at a random table at a restaurant after it’s all been cleared off and you’re just sitting there on your phones. The whole thing was kind of frustrating.

Great lunch on a cold day Chicken and sausage gumbo was very good Voodoo tacos and corn creme brulee are always a good choice Service is always excellent

The server was attentive, the food was excellent as always. They serve prime rib the way we like it, medium rare. It was tender and delicious. The caesar salad was fresh, broccoli steamed perfectly, the bread was warm out of the oven.

Everything we ate was delicious! We had the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes, Shrimp Bisque, Gumbo, Boston Baked Schrod and the Caramel Fudge Cake. Our server was fantastic. Great experience! We visit there frequently!

Have eaten here several times but this time was a swing and a miss. Steak was well done , ordered medium. Shrimp cocktail was dry and awful. Unusual for this place to be this bad .
