Food and service was very good, we had martinis, wine by the glass, for appetizer pork belly with white bean, roast beet salad paired with apple and rib eye steaks. We would go back again

I had the #10 scallops. Cooked perfectly and truely delicious. They have only been there a year but they have their act together. A hidden Jem. Reservations recommended.

Decided to have dinner here for our anniversary and it was more than we expected! Delicious food and great service. Beautiful facility. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was of great quality and cooked to perfection. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant

The food was prepared in a timely manner. The Chop House setting is very relaxed with Black and White wall decor and subtle colors throughout. Service was attentive and helpful. Thank you for an anniversary dinner that we’ll never forget (because of the food!).

Chop House Bistro was outstanding. Food was well-prepared and very tasty. Nice ambience and service was second to none. Excellent value for the money and will return again. Highly recommend!

We made a reservation at 8:30 (I did not check the closing time of the restaurant). We were running 7 minutes late and I called to let them know, to which I was told “as long as you are here by 8:45 don’t worry”. We arrived at 8:37, the host stated “The kitchen will stay open for your order, but is about to close”, so that didn’t make us feel very welcome from the beginning. As soon as we were seated our waitress said “I was beginning to wonder about you” as if we were extremely late. For the record, I attempted to make an earlier reservation but the only available times were 5:00 pm or 8:30 pm. The food was the best part of the experience, ambiance inside the restaurant left something to be desired, however, when we were leaving at ~9:45, there was a table of 4 on the porch who seemed to be enjoying a leisurely time, either not made to feel rushed or ignoring that feeling. I honestly almost left as soon as the waitress “introduced herself”. Our anniversary dinner was not at all met with the hospitality we had hoped for.
