Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    Our waiter wasn’t attentive. He made sure to service the tables around more than he did ours. I get if people are not having a good work and then sometimes you have to work through it but it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. We were there for my mom’s birthday and it just didn’t feel special. When he asked my mom if we were ready to order, she said yes and then the next thing I know he’s over at another table..what was that?? And it seemed we had to ask for everything when he would come back to the table because we didn’t know when we would see him next. We frequented Chop House right when it opened here and I’m sure the restaurant has seen lots of servers come and go. It also needs to see some of the furniture come and go too. Our tables were two different shapes, making for awkward seating. The chairs were wobbling and the table cloths were dirty. Customer service is getting out of hand these days. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

    Waiter took forever, kept forgetting our drinks, I guess she had a lot of tables but was good after getting our food out . Overall it was a good experience…

    The cheese sticks were the best thing that we had. The chowder was ok. Baked potatoes were good, but the ribeye was in a sauce that was over powering and the horseradish in the filet was tasteless. Our server was attentive, but the food was lacking. This is not a place we would choose to return.

    Took over 10 minutes for our 1st server to greet us even though the manager walked past us multiple times. Second server was much better. Hair in our non alcoholic beverages, and the drinks from the bar were made wrong despite ordering one of their “signature cocktails” cocktails from the menu. Will not be back

    Only had 11 chairs my reservation was for 12 ppl one person had to leave. Was told didn't have anymore chairs. I seen plenty on the patio no one was out there whole two hours was there
