Food is consistently excellent at Chop House and we have dined here a dozen times but today our food could have been hotter and several portions were smaller. We will still return and hoping today was off day.

My family and I highly recommend The Chop House for dining and special occasions. We have never had a bad experience. The food is always excellant with healthy portions. Prices are excellant. The staff is friendly and we rarely have to ask for or remind our wait staff for beverage refills. That is a plus for me.

The food is very good, the service is the best part. Their management and servers are second to no one!!! Two of our steaks came out lukewarm at best, but they tasted good and the service is so good we didn’t care. They were so concerned that we were comfortable with our seating because we needed two high chairs. Five star service.

Appetizer came out cold. Steak was still bleeding when cut and asked for It well done. Manager hurried me out the door. Wife left her sunglasses and when I called about them I was told oh sorry

Service was quick and friendly. Food was great. Prime rib sandwich is the best!

We arrived early, and they were able to seat us immediately. The server greeted us quickly and took our drink orders. Fifteen minutes later, we still didn’t have drinks. The manager came to the table and asked if we had made drink orders. When we told him we still didn’t have them, he went to get them. We also asked him to put in our appetizer order. A few minutes later, our server arrived with the drinks and left. Another few minutes passed, and the server came back and we asked for some bread. She replied she wasn’t going to bring bread until we ordered. She then left. We needed drinks refills but couldn’t find the server. She finally came back with some bread and we were able to order. She seemed anxious because the manager was circling around. Another server brought our appetizer. We had mozzarella sticks which were okay. The server finally brought refills. It was almost an hour later when our food arrived. I had the chopped blue salad with salmon, and it was excellent. The fist was well done (which I prefer). The salad was huge and there was a lot of variety. The dressing was good but a little heavily dressed. My husband and daughter got steaks which they requested to be medium. My daughter’s steak was medium rare and my husband’s was well done. Because we had already waited long enough for the food to come out, they decided to just eat it. My daughter said hers was still good. My husband’s was okay - a little dry and tough. The ambiance is very upscale and nice. Parking is easy. We didn’t order alcohol, but the menu looked good. I would go back, but I am not sure my husband would. For over $100 with no alcohol, I think he expects better service.

Hostess stand was very inattentive . Three girls working but no one even looked up as we entered. Our server was fantastic and is the only reason we not giving it a 1 rating. Good was mediocre at best .
