The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

Kitchen took way too long to prepare 4 easy dinners because apparently they were backed up making our one steak with a very low occupied restaurant.

Our first time there. Dotti was an amazing waitress. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond with her service. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

This was our 4th year in a row giving this place a try with hopes that it would have improved over the previous years. The one thing that is consistent is that the entrees take a long time to come out and they’re always just barely warm. I sent my Mac and cheese back and the fresh one that they brought me was still barely just Luke warm. The restaurant wasn’t even packed so it wasn’t like they were slammed with patrons. Do waste your hard earned money here. My Wife and my brother in law ordered the 1906 burger cooked medium and they came out like hockey pucks and were charred. I would rate this place 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

This is a busy restaurant, so expect there will be noise. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Good value for good food.

Honestly, we were a little disappointed. Our reservation was 4 adults at 4:45 pm following a day in the park. We waited over 50 minutes for burgers, salmon and a salad! The waitress kept apologizing and offered a free dessert (which we never got). Small kids (ages 2-10) everywhere! (Many acting like they were at Chuck E Cheese and parents not caring or not paying attention.) The food was good. I think there are better options for a $160 bill + tip.

The restaurant was surprisingly not busy, so I got my table quickly. Food was great, dessert was great, and the view was great!

Food was great! The Reese’s burger, watermelon salad, and PB old fashion were fantastic! Excellent service from Becky!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food and overall experience has been declining lately. Food was served late and cold. A plate of nachos had to be sent back due to it being cold and the melted cheese cold and solidified! The cheeseburger was also cold and they forgot the carmalized onions. The manager came over to apologize and explain that the kitchen was slammed this evening, and took the charge for the nachos off the bill. However, they have been in business long enough to know how to run a kitchen, and this has been our experience the last several times we visited. Not sure what is going on, but they really need to step up their game, and improve on the quality of their food and overall kitchen operation. Disappointed!!
